LEADERSHIP AND SUCCESSION PLANNING AND TALENT MANAGEMENT
We have committed to work collaboratively to facilitate a development of leadership and succession planning for leaders in Kent’s special schools and to ensure all Kent special schools are judged good or better by OfSTED for leadership and management.
To meet this responsibility, we will:
develop future middle & senior leaders and head teachers
put processes in place to identify potential leaders in areas of need
develop potential leaders within and across all schools
build strategic governance and partnerships in order to make decisions about developing and placing potential leaders
Our aim is to develop a suite of bespoke Special Educational Needs focused courses designed to empower and inspire our leaders of tomorrow.
