The CLASS Teaching School Alliance is committed to providing a framework of professional development to enable a career continuum that develops and maintains high levels of specialist skills for all our staff.
Our CPD Strand undertakes to offer and commission training packages in response to the needs of the schools in our alliance.

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATIONS FOR NPQML/SL 2020-21 ARE NOW CLOSED.
We are pleased to be able to offer these accredited programmes in association with LLSE.
In order to apply for a place on either the NPQML or NPQSL potential candidates will need to complete a course specific application form. LLSE will then review applications to ensure they meet the requisite requirements.

Tier 2 courses are designed for experienced teaching staff (including HLTAs, teachers and school leaders) seeking to further their skills and knowledge of teaching practices in SEN settings, or those seeking opportunities for career progression. For further details for each course please refer to the tabs below.
Schools can opt to send staff on the complete Tier 2 programme or on individual sessions. Schools can request more than one place on a session.
